Kulve taroth quest
Hem / Hobby, Spel & Fritid / Kulve taroth quest
You can raise the pursuit level by collecting Kulve Taroth’s traces and breaking the monster’s body parts. Area 1 is inaccessible to both man and monster.
This repeats until a certain time limit, when the monster will run to Area 2 and exit the locale, ending the quest. These results will be carried on to the next quest of individual players if the siege is not completed, but will be reset if the siege is completed. The current progress of them can be viewed at the quest counter, or in the user menu (Menu >> Info >> Special Assignments) during a quest.
☆ Tips: If you are running on Pursuit Level 1, this is the best location to pick up some tracks to level up your Pursuit Level.
➭ Note: For high amount of damage or after breaking enough parts, bombing, or mounting, Kulve’s body will turn into red (Let’s call it ‘Molten mode’) and her entire body is a weak point at this state.
The Master Rank event quest, The Eternal Gold Rush, functions similarly to a single siege quest, though without the siege mechanics. Then, she will resurface at another hole and continue on her next path. It is noteworthy that the Partbreaker skill doesn’t help on horn breaking since it’s a damage-based mechanism.
Here is where the hunters sever Kulve Taroth's horns and complete the siege. The event quest is also only available when the siege quest for Kulve Taroth is in rotation. However, as the Pursuit Level increases, she will move more quickly. Without her mantle, Kulve Taroth becomes much more agile. A hunter's weapon has little effect on her unless her head, chest, and/or arms are wounded.
The quest fails if the group carts 3 times or exceeds the 50 minutes time limit.
For example, if a part has a hitzone value of 25 for Thunder, it means that any Thunder damage dealt to it is reduced by 75%.
The reward level:
- The reward level increases the quality and quantity of the rewards (weapons) claimed after the completion of a KT siege.
- The reward level can be increased by the reward points granted upon achieving certain objectives during the quest.
The siege will only end when one of the parties breaks off Kulve Taroth's horns. The major part of the rewards are the Kulve Taroth weapons, which have different categories (e.g., “Taroth” or “Kjarr”) and rarities (6-8). Attack her stomach when its covered in gold to soften her up, especially with fire element. This update added the siege quest, Banquet in the Earthen Hall, of a non-tempered Kulve Taroth to High-Rank.
