QASR AL WATAN OVERVIEW
QASR AL WATAN - Timings, Map & Guest Information
Qasr Al Watan is an incredible landmark in the United Arab Emirates. Everything is still relatively normal here and will not prepare you for what you are about to see. There is also a library, a restaurant and a souvenir shop.
For the construction of the palace no expense or effort was spared and only the most exclsuive materials were used.
The Palace invites you to share our culture, knowledge, and inspiring journey by exploring the many zones of the palace, from our Great Hall and House of Knowledge to the Qasr Al Watan library and Spirit of Collaboration.
And even if there is no dress code: Due to the local culture, we recommend proper and respectful clothing.
Das Design des Palastes, eines der schönsten Beispiele arabischer Architektur und Handwerkskunst, steht für sein Erbe und seine Zukunftsvision. It's really hard to put into words. Hundreds of pounds of gold were used throughout the building for decoration and only the finest marble and gems wherever you look.
There are several palaces scattered throughout the grounds, where, among other things, some offices of the ruling family are housed and here high-level state visits are received.
After a brief security check, you will be greeted with traditional Arabic coffee and fresh dates.
The Presidential Palace offers you a unique opportunity to marvel at majestic hallways that are sure to leave you with a meaningful experience, explore exhibitions that celebrate the region’s rich Arabic heritage and learn more about the rulers and governing institutions that shaped our great nation.
Fantastic, breathtaking, awesome, it's just indescribable ...
Inside the palace there will be exhibitions on various topics, i.a. Contrary to popular belief, the palace does not serve as a home for the ruling family but is merely used for state visits.
