The restaurant can accommodate 180 seated guests.

The restaurant has seating for 180 dining guests. Pannhuset is a conceptual development of the existing Café, which we have expanded and renovated. In an unbeatable setting, during the daytime, you can enjoy the best pastries made by our pastry chefs, freshly roasted coffee, homemade ice cream, a great lunch, and plenty of other delights like grilled sandwiches and delightful salads.

On weekend evenings, the café transforms into a bistro offering a variety of flavorful dishes.

Spa facility by the lake

Guests have free access to the spa facility on the lakeside, just next to the hotel. The hotel offers the widest range, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.

Here, we offer artisanal breakfast, pastries, lunch, and delicious dinner made from locally sourced, high-quality ingredients.

The hotel breakfast at Nääs Fabriker Hotel and Restaurant consists of a large buffet containing everything our guests could wish for, from freshly baked bread, salmon, scrambled eggs and bacon, cold cuts, and seasonal fruits – everything a perfect hotel breakfast should include!
Fabriksköket only serves Swedish meat.

Welcome to our magical and Swedish-inspired brunch here at Nääs Fabriker.

We grow many of our vegetables ourselves on a field a few miles north of Nääs Fabriker, and we strive to source as many other ingredients as possible from the local area. During the summer weeks, we fire up our large grill and prepare a BBQ-inspired buffet that suits everyone. Nääs Fabriker offers options for both those who want to dine or just have a coffee or a glass of wine.

You will need to have an account at KARMA to be able to use this benefit. Pannhuset Café and Krog serve lunch, pastries, and homemade treats daily. A circular thought that elevates the flavors.

They are available in the Fabriksköket restaurant, Pannhuset Café & Restaurant, as well as for conference refreshments for our conference guests.

The menu varies from week to week and includes both meat and fish dishes, as well as locally sourced vegetables. Nääs Fabriker offers options for those who want to enjoy a good meal, have a drink, or simply have a coffee.
